Human Rights First: $40,000 For its second annual Human Rights Defender Policy Forum. Leadership Conference on Civil Rights Education Fund, Inc.: $100,000 For general support of this organization, which educates target constituencies by compiling, analyzing and presenting others' research, placing it in a civil rights context, and thinking strategically and creatively about contemporary solutions so as to inform the agenda of LCCR coalition members.
